Buying a new car!
We went and ordered our new car today from carmax. We are getting a 2005 Honda Pilot. I am really sad to get rid of my car, I love my car alot! I really needed to do this. I am like a slave to our house with all my daycare kids right now. I dont have enough room for them all.. I was pretty excited to almost have a paid off car, paid off truck and paid off jeep! But now we are going to ruin it and get an suv. I think it will be alot more comfortable, especially when we drive 21 hours to Utah! It is Black with tan leather, has a dvd player, heated seats and a 6 disc cd changer. I am feeling pretty spoiled! We don't get it for up to 14 days cuz I was picky and selected one out of state, I am having it shipped to us from Wisconsin. I will put pics up when we get it! Can't wait! WOOT WOOT!
2010 WINGS OVER WHITEMAN AIRSHOW!
We went to the 2010 air show today. It had to have been the hottest damn day in a while. Everyone was soaked in sweat, and it was actually pretty miserable for a while! It was cool to see the planes up close, and to be able to go in some of the planes. We have been seeing and hearing the practicing of the airshow all week. The security is really crazy today, they have military cops everywhere asking for your id's at like every single corner. But we had a really great time!
Colin and Vivienne...What great kids! Amazing parents too!
I have been watching Colin and Viv for a while now..They are my regular drop in kids, usually 1 to 3 days a week. Viv talks so much and so smiley and happy...I love playing with her. Colin is the coolest little boy ever. He is so energetic and funny! He flex his muscles for me at least 10 times a day, he is hilarious!
The first fabric board I have ever made, made it for Kenzies wall!
I watched a youtube video and taught myself how to make a fabric board, It's actually alot easier than I thought it would be, just time consuming! I made it for Kenzie's room, so on her back wall behind the computer she will have half cork board for spelling words and school stuff and the fabric board for pics of her family in Utah and her friends...I will update pics when it is all up and installed. I already know its going to be adorable when its all done and put up!
My new improved daycare area...
Sheldon built me a whole wall of cubbies for all my stuff, I love them! He also built a locker style coat rack for all the kids personal items! He always does such a great job! Thank you so much babe! Painting it was a lot of work, I am so glad its done!
